MERCY HEALTH - ALBURY REDEVELOPMENT

Scope of Project
The core project comprises 60 'high care' beds together with associated support facilities and carparking. The new building area presents the opportunity or a fresh street identity to enliven the Mercy Health Albury campus.

Quality
Mercy Health is keen to develop a building that reflects the significance of the site and the additional services that the project will provide. The form of the project has evolved around important Site Planning and Operational Planning, with the facade design referencing historical site flora.

Procurement
The project is currently in design development for a design and construct tender process, with construction likely to commence in the 3rd quarter of 2009.
