Marianella is a 60 bed high care residential aged care facility located at the Mercy Hospital campus in Albury.

This project comprised the complete rebuilding of the facility to provide statutory comprehensive and modern amenities for residents and staff.

Residents were relocated for the duration of the building programme into the adjacent Mercy Hospital.
