The client is a major regional earth moving contractor who required a new Office and Workshop Facility to replace a range of outdated and obsolete buildings. The project comprised a new 'Shopfront' building of Administration and Support Facilities that reduces the bulk of a new Warehouse and Workshop industrial building to the rear of the site.

Industrial scale imagery of steel 'I' beams has been used in the public façade to reflect the nature of the client's operations.
