DATE OF COMPLETION: 2000

Commissioned by Albury City Council for a wide and varied range of users from the Aged to Youth and from the Disabled to the General Community. The building incorporates a 400 sqm Hall with capacity to seat 200 people at a function.

Facilities include a commercial kitchen and public cafe. There are several meeting and activity rooms, which have the ability to be subdivided using operable walls. Specific design principles adopted include environmentally sustainable strategies, disabled access to all facilities and ease of future expansion if necessary.
